Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost required for production by achieving simplification of the structure of the entire device, and to improve durability by solving the concentration of an impact load to a base when a window is opened suddenly.SOLUTION: An opening amount restriction device includes: a base 6 provided at a window frame 1; a restraining arm 8; a support shaft 7 for supporting the arm 8 swingably in inside and outside directions; and a switching structure for performing a slide operation of the restraining arm 8 between an open regulation position and a regulation release position. At the restraining arm 8, a stopper part 26 is formed for restricting a window 2 being opened over a predetermined open position. The stopper part 26 is continuously extended from an arm wall around the support shaft 7, and a contact surface 27 is provided at a projecting end. In a state where the restricting arm 8 swings to a ventilation open position, the contact surface 27 of the stopper part 26 is received by a reception surface 14 provided on a base 6 side, and it is restricted that the window 2 swings over the ventilation open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】装置全体の構造の簡素化を実現して製造に要するコストを削減する。また、窓が急開放された場合にベースに衝撃荷重が集中するのを解消して耐久性を向上する。【解決手段】開量制限装置は、窓枠1に設けたベース6と、牽制アーム8と、同アーム8を内外方向へ揺動可能に支持する支軸7と、牽制アーム8を開放規制位置と規制解除位置の間でスライド操作する切換え構造を備えている。牽制アーム8に、窓2が所定の開放位置を越えて開放されるのを規制するストッパー部26を形成する。ストッパー部26は、支軸7の周囲のアーム壁から連出されて、その突端に接当面27が設けてある。牽制アーム8が換気開放位置まで揺動した状態において、ストッパー部26の接当面27をベース6の側に設けた受面14で受止めて、窓2が換気開放位置を越えて揺動するのを規制する。【選択図】図1
