PRESS SUSHI AND PACKAGING CONTAINER THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press sushi which is previously cut into a bite-size and can be easily taken out from a packaging container, and the packaging container therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a press sushi body, a packaging container, and a spatula. The press sushi body is accommodated in the packaging container in the state that the press sushi body is cut into plural small pieces, and the packaging container is configured from a container body which is opened upwards and a lid body which is detachably attached to an opening of the container body. The container body is configured from a bottom having a size larger than that of the press sushi body, and a peripheral wall part which is formed in such a manner that crest parts and troughs are alternately arranged. The bottom comprises a compartment rib which is provided at a position along a gap of a press sushi, and a spatula guide rib which guides a spatula from an end of a press sushi small piece toward a midship part, and the trough is positioned on a peripheral wall part on an extension line on which the spatula guide rib is extended outwards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 予め食べやすい大きさに切り分けられており、包装容器から取り出しやすい押し寿司及びその包装容器を提供する。【解決手段】 押し寿司本体と、包装容器と、ヘラと、を備え、前記押し寿司本体は、複数個の小片に切断した状態で前記包装容器に収容されており、前記包装容器は、上方が開口した容器本体と、容器本体の開口部に着脱可能な蓋体と、から構成され、前記容器本体は、押し寿司本体の大きさよりも大きい底部と、山部と谷部とが交互に配置されて形成された周壁部と、から構成され、前記底部は、押し寿司の切れ目に沿う位置に設けられた区画リブと、押し寿司小片の端部から中央部へ向かってヘラを案内するヘラ案内リブと、を備え、ヘラ案内リブを外方へ延長した延長線上の周壁部には、前記谷部が位置している。【選択図】 図１
