Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion-exchange resin cartridge which efficiently removes ions eluted into a coolant which cools a battery for driving.SOLUTION: This ion-exchange resin cartridge includes: a casing 11 which has a cylindrical shape, and in which an inlet 15a into which a coolant flows is connected to one end side in an axial direction, an outlet 15b from which the coolant flows out is connected to the other end side, and both the end sides are blocked by blocking ends 14; a cartridge body 12 in which an ion-exchange resin 12b is housed, and which is disposed in the flow passage of the casing 11 from the inlet 15a to the outlet 15b; and vortex flow generation means 13 which allows vortex flow around the axis of the casing 11 to be generated in the coolant. The ion-exchange resin cartridge has a configuration in which a coolant chamber 16 is formed in the casing 11 to be next to the cartridge body 12 and to face the inlet 15a or the outlet 15b, and the vortex flow generation means 13 is disposed in the coolant chamber 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駆動用電池を冷却するクーラント中に溶出した溶出イオンを効率良く除去するイオン交換樹脂カートリッジを提供する。【解決手段】筒状をなし、軸方向の一端側にクーラントが流入する流入口15aが接続されるとともに、他端側に前記クーラントが流出する流出口15bが接続され、閉塞端部14によって両端が閉塞されてなるケーシング11と、イオン交換樹脂12bが収納され、流入口15aから流出口15bに至るケーシング11の流路内に設けられたカートリッジ本体12と、前記クーラントに、ケーシング11の軸周りの渦流を生じさせる渦流発生手段13と、を備え、ケーシング11の内部に、カートリッジ本体12と隣り合うとともに流入口15a又は流出口15bに臨むようにクーラント室16が形成されており、そのクーラント室16内に渦流発生手段13が設けられた構成とする。【選択図】図1 |
