Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce xylooligosaccharide with a low impurity concentration using herbaceous biomass as raw material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing xylooligosaccharide including: a compression step where herbaceous biomass raw material is compressed to exhaust impurities into a juice extraction; an alkali cleaning step where a solid after the compression step is cleaned with an alkali solution; a water cleaning step where the solid after the alkali cleaning is cleaned with water; and a high temperature treatment step where the solid after the water cleaning step is subjected to heating treatment to obtain a xylooligosaccharide-containing liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】草本系バイオマスを原料として、不純物濃度が低いキシロオリゴ糖を容易に製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】草本系バイオマス原料を圧搾することにより不純物を搾汁中に排出する圧搾工程、圧搾工程後の固形物をアルカリ溶液により洗浄するアルカリ洗浄工程、アルカリ洗浄工程後の固形物を水により洗浄する水洗浄工程、および水洗浄工程後の固形物を加熱処理した後にキシロオリゴ糖含有液を得る高温処理工程を含む、キシロオリゴ糖の製造方法。【選択図】なし
