Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter capable of suppressing variation in the phase shift amount due to change in the distance between a signal conductor and a dielectric, and to provide an antenna device including this phase shifter.SOLUTION: A phase shifter 10 includes a first moving member 3a placed movably between a first ground plate 31 and a board 20, and a second moving member 3b placed movably between a second ground plate 32 and the board 20. The first moving member 3a has a first plate-like part 3aconsisting of a dielectric facing a signal conductor 2, and first inside protrusions 3a, 3asliding into contact with the board 20, and the interval of the first plate-like part 3aand signal conductor 2 is maintained by the first inside protrusions 3a, 3a. The second moving member 3b has a second plate-like part 3bconsisting of a dielectric facing the signal conductor 2, and second inside protrusions 3b, 3bsliding into contact with the board 20, and the interval of the second plate-like part 3band signal conductor 2 is maintained by the second inside protrusions 3b, 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】信号導体と誘電体との間の距離が変化することによる移相量の変動を抑制することができる移相器、及びこの移相器を備えたアンテナ装置を提供する。【解決手段】移相器10は、第1グランド板31と基板20との間に移動可能に配置された第1移動部材3aと、第2グランド板32と基板20との間に移動可能に配置され第2移動部材3bとを備える。第1移動部材3aは、信号導体2と対向する誘電体からなる平板状の第1板状部3a1と、基板20に摺接する第1内側突起3a2,3a3とを有し、第1内側突起3a2,3a3によって第1板状部3a1と信号導体2との間隔が保持され、第2移動部材3bは、信号導体2と対向する誘電体からなる平板状の第2板状部3b1と、基板20に摺接する第2内側突起3b2,3b3とを有し、第2内側突起3b2,3b3によって第2板状部3b1と信号導体2との間隔が保持される。【選択図】図6
