Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic latent image development that can suppress the occurrence of fogging even after continuous image formation.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic latent image development contains a plurality of toner particles 1. The toner particle 1 contains a toner base particle 2 and a plurality of external additive particles 3 provided on the surface of the toner base particle 2. The external additive particle 3 contains an external additive core 4 and a coating layer 5 that coats the external additive core 4.
