PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measurement device capable of easily performing a specification change and function enhancement, while keeping small in size.SOLUTION: An electric power measurement device (1) for measuring electric power supplied through an electric power line includes: a first substrate (51) including a first module (10) for detecting a current which passes through the electric power line; and a second substrate (52) including a second module (20) for detecting a voltage of the electric power line.
