Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering crude light oil components included in a coke oven gas or a thermal decomposition furnace gas.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for recovering crude light oil components in a gas comprising: an absorption step where, from a coke oven gas, crude light oil components included in the gas are absorbed into absorption oil; a recovery step where the absorption oil absorbed with the crude light oil components is distilled by a distillation tower to recover the crude light components; and a cooling step where the absorption oil after the recovery of the crude light oil components is cooled via heat exchangers and is thereafter fed to the absorption step, and, as the heat exchangers, a heat exchanger A using the absorption oil transferred from the absorption step to the recovery step as a coolant and a heat exchanger B using cooling water are jointly used, and further, for suppressing the precipitation of the absorption oil in the heat exchanger B, the cooling method for the absorption oil and the recovery conditions of the crude light oil components are controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 コークス炉ガス又は熱分解炉ガス中に含有する粗軽油成分を、効率良く回収する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 コークス炉ガスから、当該ガス中に含まれる粗軽油成分を吸収油に吸収する「吸収工程」、粗軽油成分を吸収した吸収油を蒸留塔で蒸留することにより、当該粗軽油成分を回収する「回収工程」、粗軽油成分を回収後の吸収油を、熱交換器を介して冷却した後、再び吸収工程へ供給する「冷却工程」を有し、前記熱交換器として、吸収工程から回収工程へ移送される吸収油を冷媒とする熱交換器Aと、冷却水を用いる熱交換器Bとを併用するとともに、熱交換器Bにおける吸収油の析出を抑制するために、吸収油の冷却方法又は粗軽油成分の回収条件を制御することを特徴とする、ガス中の粗軽油成分の回収方法。【選択図】図4 |
