Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass plate with a film which is less likely to cause dust emission.SOLUTION: There is provided a glass plate with a film having an R-chamfered shape, where a laminate 19 having a plurality of glass plates 18 is formed by laminating the glass plates 18 having a film formed on at least one main surface thereof through a resin layer 14. An end surface of a film, which is formed by etching the end surface of the laminate 19 by using a hydrofluoric acid, a nitrohydrofluoric acid and a sulfohydrofluoric acid and then removing the resin layer 14 from the laminate 19, is formed into an inclined surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】発塵し難い膜付ガラス板を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも一方の主面の上に膜が形成されたガラス板18を、樹脂層14を介して積層することにより、複数のガラス板18を有する積層体19とする。該積層体19の端面を、フッ酸、フッ硝酸またはフツ硫酸を用いてエッチングし、その後、積層体19から樹脂層14を除去することにより得られる、形成された膜の端面が傾斜面となった、R面取形状の膜付きガラス板。【選択図】図5
