Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease wastes and increase a recycle ratio in a ready-mixed concrete plant.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of recycled aggregate, comprising: depositing and classifying washing water used to clean a ready-mixed concrete handling apparatus to separate the same into supernatant water and sludge silt; adding the sludge silt in return concrete and residual concrete; and, further, adding a quick settling accelerator and a highly water-absorptive polymer, and stirring the material. Hereby, the highly water-absorptive polymer absorbs water in several minutes to become gelled, and the gel, while taking in cement components and other fine particles, covers around aggregate to facilitate aggregation where the aggregate is surrounded by cement components and the cement components cure to provide recycled aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生コン工場における廃棄物を減らして資源化率を高める。【解決手段】生コンクリート取り扱い装置を洗浄した洗浄水を沈殿分級して上澄み水とスラッジシルトとに分け、スラッジシルトを戻りコンクリート及び残コンクリートに加え、更に、急結促進剤及び高吸水性ポリマーを添加して材料を攪拌する。これにより、高吸水性ポリマーが数分で水を吸収してゲル化し、ゲル中にセメント成分及び他の微粒子を取り込みながら骨材の周りを被覆して骨材をセメント成分で取り囲んだ団粒化を促進し、セメント成分が硬化して再生骨材となる。【選択図】図1
