Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure steering device which can deal with a large surge pressure while achieving small design change of a hydraulic circuit for supplying a hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder, and to provide a ship.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure steering device includes: rams 8, 9 to which a tiller 4 pivotally supporting a steering shaft 2 is rotatably attached; a pair of hydraulic cylinders 10, 10 which are disposed facing each other; and bypass oil passages 28, 29 which are configured to allow communication between operation chambers 12, 12 of the pair of hydraulic cylinders on the basis of pressure of the hydraulic oil in the pair of hydraulic cylinders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】油圧シリンダに作動油を供給するための油圧回路の設計変更を少なく抑えつつ、大きなサージ圧に対処可能な油圧舵取装置及び船舶を提供する。【解決手段】油圧舵取装置は、舵軸２を軸着する舵柄４が回動可能に取り付けられたラム８，９と、相対向して配置された一対の油圧シリンダ１０，１０と、一対の油圧シリンダにおける作動油の圧力に基づいて一対の油圧シリンダの作動室１２，１２間を連通可能に構成されたバイパス油路２８，２９と、を備える。【選択図】図２
