LASER JOINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser joining device capable of joining wide joining objects such as opaque bodies and solid bodies.SOLUTION: Provided is a laser joining device 100 provided with a body unit 110 and a light source unit 160. The body unit 110 which is provided with a beam splitter 121 branching a laser light L emitted from the light source unit 160 into two, is further provided with cylindrical lenses 122, 132, first light path changers 123, 133, second light path changers 124, 134 and third light path changers 125, 126, 135, 136, respectively, on each branching light path, and branches each laser light L into four so as to be introduced into a joint P of objects WK to be joined. The light source unit 160 is provided with a fiber laser oscillator 161 emitting the laser light L made of fiber laser light. Both the sides of the body unit 110 are provided with workpiece supporting bodies 150 of supporting the objects WK to be joined, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】不透明体や中実体など幅広い接合対象物を接合することができるレーザ接合装置を提供する。【解決手段】レーザ接合装置１００は、本体ユニット１１０および光源ユニット１６０をそれぞれ備えている。本体ユニット１１０は、光源ユニット１６０から出射されたレーザ光Ｌを２つに分岐するビームスプリッタ１２１を備えるとともに、各分岐光路上にシリンドリカルレンズ１２２，１３２、第１光路変更器１２３，１３３、第２光路変更器１２４，１３４および第３光路変更器１２５，１２６，１３５，１３６をそれぞれ備えており、各レーザ光Ｌを４つに分岐させて接合対象物ＷＫの接合部分Ｐに導く。光源ユニット１６０は、ファイバレーザ光からなるレーザ光Ｌを出射するファイバレーザ発振器１６１を備えている。本体ユニット１１０の両側には、接合対象物ＷＫを支持するワーク支持体１５０がそれぞれ設けられている。【選択図】 図１
