Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film which can be stuck to a display device having a display surface having a non-flat surface, a deformable display device and the like so as to follow the shape, is excellent in stability even when having received repeated deformation, is excellent in scratch resistance, and is excellent in antiglare properties and glare prevention properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a protective film 1 formed by laminating a protective layer 30 on a base material 10, where the base material 10 contains a urethane resin or a blend resin of the urethane resin and an acrylic resin, and displacement after a test piece (100 mm×10 mm) has been extended at an extension rate of 400 mm/min by 10%, left at the same time as an extension time, and thereby restored is less than 2%; and a protective film 1 where the protective layer 30 contains a binder resin 32 containing 4-50 wt.% of particles 31 having an average particle size of 2-10 μm and a urethane resin or an acrylic resin or a blend resin of both of the resins.
