【課題】ポリフェノール除去効率に優れ、吸着素材のハンドリングが容易な、ポリフェノール含有量が低減された飲料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】 本発明によれば、ポリフェノール含有飲料等と、N−ビニルアルキルアミドを含む重合性モノマーをグラフト重合させてなる高分子基材とを接触させることを特徴とする、ポリフェノール含有量が低減された飲料の製造方法が提供される。本発明によればまた、ポリフェノール含有飲料等と前記高分子基材とを接触させることを特徴とする、ポリフェノール含有飲料等においてポリフェノール含有量を低減する方法が提供される。【選択図】なし |
