Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage reactive power control device capable of implementing suppression control of voltage fluctuation in response to the needs of a system operator while reducing a burden on the system operator.SOLUTION: A voltage reactive power control device includes: a state quantity acquisition section for acquiring primary-side and secondary-side state quantities of a transformer; a controlled variable calculation section which calculates a controlled variable of a tap position of the transformer for controlling the secondary-side state quantity corresponding to a target value of the primary-side state quantity into a target value of the secondary-side state quantity on the basis of a relationship of the primary-side state quantity and the secondary-side state quantity that is calculated from the acquired state quantities and a predetermined sensitivity; a tap control section which executes switching control for switching the tap position on the basis of the controlled variable; and a phase adjustment control section by which, if estimates of the primary-side and secondary-side state quantities that are estimated when the tap position is switched are out of target value ranges, a phase adjustment facility is controlled in such a manner that the estimates of the state quantities are settled within the target value ranges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】系統運用者の負担を軽減しつつ、系統運用者のニーズに応じた電圧変動の抑制制御を実現することが可能な電圧無効電力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】電圧無効電力制御装置は、変圧器の1次側および2次側の各状態量を取得する状態量取得部と、取得された各状態量と予め定められた感度とから求められる、1次側の状態量と2次側の状態量との関係に基づいて、1次側の状態量の目標値に対応する2次側の状態量を、2次側の状態量の目標値に制御するための変圧器のタップ位置の制御量を算出する制御量算出部と、制御量に基づいてタップ位置を切り替えるための切替制御を実行するタップ制御部と、タップ位置が切り替えられた場合に推定される1次側および2次側の各状態量の推定値が目標値範囲外であるときに、当該各状態量の推定値が目標値範囲内に収まるように調相設備を制御する調相制御部とを含む。【選択図】図6
