CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF PIERCING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a pair of piercing tools substantially perpendicularly penetrating a panel to connect pipes, which can prevent the piercing tools from rotating in fastening the pipes, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A piercing tool 2 includes a flange part 8 and a circular whirl-stop projection part 11 in a plan view, and a fixture 3 connecting a pair of piercing tools 2, 2 and formed into a substantially H shape includes a receiving part 20 fitted into the whirl-stop projection part 11. Into the receiving part 20 of the fixture 3, the whirl-stop projection part 11 of the piercing tool 2 is fitted, and one of a plurality of hole parts 17 provided in the flange part 8 is overlapped with a hole part 26 provided in the fixture 3, and fastened with a machine screw and fixed, so that the pair of piercing tools 2, 2 is connected and fixed with one fixture 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パネルを略垂直に貫通して配管を接続する一対の貫通具の連結構造を、簡易の構成で、配管の締め込み時等に貫通具が回転することを防止可能とする。【解決手段】貫通具２は、フランジ部８と平面視で円形の回り止め凸部１１を備えており、一対の貫通具２、２を連結する略エの字状に形成された固定具３は、回り止め凸部１１に嵌合する受け部２０を備え、固定具３の受け部２０に、貫通具２の回り止め凸部１１を嵌合させ、フランジ部８に設けられた複数の孔部１７のうちの一つと、固定具３に設けられた孔部２６を重ねて、ビス留めして固定することで、一対の貫通具２、２を一つの固定具３で連結固定する。【選択図】図１
