Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an engine which can control the engine so as to accurately achieve a vehicle behavior intended by a driver while suppressing deterioration of acceleration response in the engine having a turbocharger.SOLUTION: A control device for an engine with a turbocharger includes a basic target torque determination section (61) for determining basic target torque on the basis of a vehicle operation state including an operation of an accelerator pedal, a torque reduction quantity determination section (63) for determining torque reduction quantity on the basis of a vehicle operation state other than the operation of the accelerator pedal, a final target torque determination section (65) for determining final target torque on the basis of the basic target torque and the torque reduction quantity, and an engine control section (67) for controlling intake air quantity so as to achieve target air quantity for making the engine (10) output the final target torque.
