MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RECESS PROCESSING PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of manufacturing a recess processing product at low cost, by simply and easily forming a recess of straddling an inclined part from a flat part of the recess processing product by half-extraction processing by a press.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a press molding product 28 being a recess processing product by press-processing a product raw material 12 by using a punch 16 having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to an opening shape of a recess 10 and a die 18 having an opening part coincident with the cross-sectional shape of the punch 16 and having a die hole 20 for receiving a material extruded by the punch 16, an inner wall surface 22 of the die hole 20 of the die 18 is formed as a taper surface of inclining at an angle of 5°-15° inward, and an opening edge part of the die hole 20 positioned on the inclined plane 18a-side of the die 18, is also formed as a curved surface 24 having a radius of curvature of 0.3 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】凹所加工製品の平坦部から傾斜部に跨がる凹所を、プレスによるハーフ抜き加工によって、簡単に且つ容易に形成せしめて、凹所加工製品を低コストで製造することの出来る手法を提供すること。【解決手段】凹所１０の開口形状に対応する断面形状を有するパンチ１６と、パンチ１６の断面形状に一致する開口部を有し、パンチ１６にて押し出される材料を受け入れるダイス穴２０を備えたダイス１８とを用いて、製品素材１２をプレス加工して、凹所加工製品たるプレス成形品２８を製造するに際して、ダイス１８のダイス穴２０の内壁面２２を、内方に５°〜１５°の角度で傾斜するテーパ面とし、更に、ダイス１８の傾斜面１８ａ側に位置するダイス穴２０の開口縁部を、０．３ｍｍ以上の曲率半径を有する湾曲面２４として形成した。【選択図】図７
