SUCTION PORT BODY AND VACUUM CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor brush and a vacuum cleaner that can keep cooling performance of an electric motor for a long period.SOLUTION: A floor brush 24 comprises a case body 31, a filter 54, an electric motor 38, and a filter cleaning part 63. The case body 31 comprises a suction port, an electric motor chamber 48, and an opening part 35. The suction port is opened in a lower part opposed to a floor surface. The electric motor chamber 48 communicates with the suction port. The opening part 35 is opened in a location other than the lower part, and communicates with the electric motor chamber 48. The filter 54 is arranged so as to cover the opening part 35. The electric motor 38 is housed in the electric motor chamber 48, and generates heat by being energized.
