Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for non-destructively inspecting a magnet, capable of expanding coercive force coverage than ever before.SOLUTION: A method for non-destructively inspecting a magnet comprises: a magnetic field application step of inserting a magnet M to be inspected between a pair of yokes 2a and 2b to apply a magnetic field E; a magnetic flux detection step of detecting the magnetic flux of the magnet M to be inspected before and after the magnetic field application step; and a result determining step of calculating a difference between the detection results of the magnetic fluxes detected in the magnetic flux detection step before and after the magnetic field application step to determine the quality of the magnet M to be inspected on the basis of the difference. In the magnetic field application step, the other magnets M are arranged on both sides of a direction perpendicular to the magnetic field application direction of the magnet M to be inspected to apply a magnetic field E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来よりも保磁力保証範囲を拡大することができる磁石の非破壊検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】一対のヨーク2a,2bの間に検査対象の磁石Mを挿入して磁界Eを印加する磁界印加工程と、磁界印加工程の前後で検査対象の磁石Mの磁束を検出する磁束検出工程と、磁束検出工程で検出した磁界印加工程の前後の磁束の検出結果の差分を求め、該差分に基づいて検査対象の磁石Mの良否を判定する結果判定工程と、を有する磁石の非破壊検査方法である。本発明の磁石の非破壊検査方法は、磁界印加工程において、検査対象の磁石Mの磁界印加方向に垂直な方向の両側に他の磁石Mを配置して磁界Eを印加することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
