PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that performs clocking processing with high reliability.SOLUTION: An operation panel apparatus A comprises: an operation switch 1 for a user to perform input operation; a control unit 21 for performing various controls according to the operation of the operation switch 1; a real-time clock 23 communicatively connected with the control unit 21; and a back-up power supply 3 for supplying drive power to the real-time clock 23. The real-time clock 23 is provided with a register 23a for storing data for clocking processing. The control unit 21 reads in the data stored in the register 23a after activation of the operation panel apparatus A, and performs determination processing to determine whether the read-in data is correct or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】信頼性の高い計時処理を行う電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】利用者が入力操作するための操作スイッチ１と、操作スイッチ１の操作に応じて各種制御を行う制御部２１と、この制御部２１と通信可能に接続するリアルタイムクロック２３と、リアルタイムクロック２３の駆動電力を供給するバックアップ電源３と、を備える操作パネル機器Ａであって、リアルタイムクロック２３には、計時処理用のデータを格納するレジスタ２３ａを設け、制御部２１は、操作パネル機器Ａの起動後に、レジスタ２３ａに格納されたデータを読み込み、読み込んだデータが正しいか否かを判定する判定処理を行う。【選択図】図３
