Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of synthetic fiber yarn improving productivity without spoiling process stability.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method spinning synthetic fiber by discharging spinning solution from a spinneret into solidifying medium, the spinneret has more than 1,000 of nozzle holes, the nozzle holes are arranged in a rectangle form, and when the long side of the rectangle is (a) and the short side is (b), the ratio (a)/(b) is 5-50. It is preferable that the plural spinnerets exist and are discharged into the same solidifying medium, and the spinning is wet-spinning or dry-wet-spinning.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】工程安定性を損なうことなく、生産性を向上させる合成繊維糸条の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】紡糸溶液を紡糸口金から凝固浴中へ吐出して合成繊維を紡糸する製造方法であって、紡糸口金が１０００本以上のノズル孔を有し、ノズル孔が長方形に配置され、その長方形の長辺（ａ）と短辺（ｂ）の比（ａ）／（ｂ）が５〜５０である合成繊維糸条の製造方法。さらには、紡糸口金が複数存在し、同一の凝固浴中に吐出するものであることや、紡糸が湿式紡糸または乾湿式紡糸であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
