Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorization method of molten iron for conducting molten iron preliminary dephosphorization treatment at low basicity in short time at low cost.SOLUTION: In a converter type molten iron preliminary dephosphorization treatment with conduction blowing by adding a CaO source after introducing molten iron to a converter type reaction container, introducing base degree is 1.0 to 1.5, sintered ore having particle size of 6 mm or less of sintered ores which is a blast furnace introducing iron source, caustic lime and lime stone as a part of the CaO source are added upward into inside of the converter type container before or during blowing, and finishing the blowing in blowing time of 5 to 8 min.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】低塩基度かつ短時間で溶銑予備脱りん処理を低コストで行うための溶銑の脱りん方法を提供する。【解決手段】転炉型反応容器に溶銑を装入した後にCaO源を添加して吹錬を行う転炉型溶銑予備脱りん処理において、装入塩基度を1.0〜1.5とし、CaO源の一部として、高炉装入鉄源である焼結鉱のうち粒度が6mm以下の焼結鉱、生石灰および石灰石を、吹錬前もしくは吹錬中に、転炉型容器の内部へ上方添加し、吹錬時間5〜8分間で吹錬を終了することにより、溶銑を脱りんする。【選択図】なし |
