Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for manufacturing a composite component in a resin injection process without using expensive preform or tool.SOLUTION: A technology includes a system and a method of manufacturing a component skeleton cover printed by 3D printing using a permeable film and a composite component for injecting a resin, and a resin injection system including a mandrel provided with a component receiving zone for receiving a printed component skeleton and a resin receiving zone for receiving a supplied resin adjacent to the component receiving zone, and a resin injection system provided with a bagging film for generating an envelope surrounding these receiving zones. A technology in which the permeable peel film is porous and is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, and the resin can flow to the component skeleton through the permeable peel film. 【課題】高価なプレフォーム又はツールを使用せずに、樹脂注入プロセスにおいて複合部品を製造する技術の提供。【解決手段】透過性フィルムを用いて、3D印刷により印刷されたた部品骨組カバー、樹脂を注入する複合部品を製造するシステム及び方法であり、印刷された部品骨組を受けるための部品受入ゾーンと、部品受入ゾーンに隣接した供給樹脂を受け入れるための樹脂受入ゾーンとを備えるマンドレルと、これらの受入ゾーンを囲むエンベロープを生成するバギングフィルムとを備える樹脂注入システムからなる技術。透過性剥離フィルムは多孔性であり、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維からできており、樹脂が、透過性剥離フィルムを通って部品骨組に流れることが可能となる技術。複雑なツーリングを必要とせずに、複雑な構造を有する複合部品を製造する技術。【選択図】なし |
