Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a novel compound which can be used as material for a light-emitting element; specifically, a novel compound which can be suitably used as material for a light-emitting element where a phosphorescent compound enabling high emission efficiency of the light-emitting element is used as a light-emitting substance; and a novel compound which has the characteristics described above and can be easily synthesized and inexpensively manufactured.SOLUTION: A compound is provided in which one or more dibenzothiophenyl groups or dibenzofuranyl groups are directly bonded to a dibenzo[f,h]quinoxaline skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発光素子用の材料として用いることのできる新規化合物を提供する。特に、発光効率の高い発光素子を実現可能とするりん光性化合物を発光物質に用いた発光素子用材料として好適に用いることのできる新規化合物を提供する。また、前述の特性を備えた上で合成が容易で安価に製造することが可能な新規化合物を提供する。【解決手段】単数もしくは複数のジベンゾチオフェニル基又はジベンゾフラニル基がジベンゾ［ｆ，ｈ］キノキサリン骨格に直接結合した化合物を提供する。【選択図】なし
