Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery which is superior in cycle and input characteristics and safety.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery comprises: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and an electrolytic solution. The negative electrode includes easily graphitizable carbon as a negative electrode active material. The electrolytic solution includes: a cyclic carbonate and a chain carbonate as a nonaqueous solvent; and lithium bis(oxalato)borate and vinylene carbonate as an additive agent.
