Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve yoke manufacturing apparatus and a sleeve yoke manufacturing method capable of molding a serration with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A sleeve yoke manufacturing apparatus 100 includes: lug-sticking punches 10 each lifting up and down; molding dies 20; a knock-out punch 30; and a serration molding tool 40 impossible to lift up and down. A sleeve yoke manufacturing method includes: (S2) molding a scraping region 95 by lifting down the lug-sticking punches 10 and pressing a roughly shaped material cylinder region 82 into a dies scraping part 25 in (S1) a state of arranging the serration molding tool 40 inside the roughly shaped material cylinder region 82; (S3) molding a yoke region 91 and an upsetting region 92 in a shaped material cylinder region 81 by further lifting down the lug-sticking punches 10, further pushing the shaped material cylinder region 82, and pressing the lower end surface of the scraping region 95 to the upper end surface of the knock-out punch 30; and (S5) molding a serration 97 in the inner periphery of the scraping region 95 by lifting up the molding dies 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】高精度のセレーションを成形可能なスリーブヨーク製造装置およびスリーブヨークの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】スリーブヨーク製造装置100は、それぞれ昇降する耳出しパンチ10、成形ダイス20およびノックアウトパンチ30と、昇降不可能なセレーション成形工具40とを有し、素形材円筒範囲82の内部にセレーション成形工具40を配置した状態(S1)で、耳出しパンチ10を下降して素形材円筒範囲82をダイズシゴキ部25に押し出してシゴキ範囲95を成形し(S2)、耳出しパンチ10をさらに下降して、素形材円筒範囲82をさらに押し出してシゴキ範囲95の下端面をノックアウトパンチ30の上端面に押し付け、素形材円柱範囲81にヨーク範囲91および据え込み範囲92を成形し(S3)、成形ダイス20を上昇して、シゴキ範囲95の内周にセレーション97を成形する(S5)。【選択図】図6
