Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer coagulant for the coagulation treatment of sludge after the biological treatment of organic wastes capable of realizing the reduction of the moisture content of a dewatered cake while reducing an addition amount as a whole and improving the detachability of the dewatered cake and to provide a dewatering method and a dewatering device of the sludge using the polymer coagulant.SOLUTION: A polymer coagulant 2 added to sludge 1 for the coagulation treatment of the sludge 1 after the biological treatment of organic wastes is a mixture of a polyamidine and a polymer whose main component is aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate. Accordingly, pores becoming the by-path of obtained aggregates 4 are developed and dewaterability becomes excellent since the polymer coagulant 2 can be spread to the inside of the aggregates 4 compared to conventional one when the polymer coagulant 2 is added to the sludge 1 after the biological treatment of organic wastes in specific agitation conditions. Further, the present invention provides a dewatering method and a dewatering device of the sludge using the polymer coagulant 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】添加量を全体として削減しつつ脱水ケーキ含水率の低減を実現することができ、且つ脱水ケーキの剥離性を向上しうる、有機性廃棄物の生物処理後の汚泥の凝集処理用の高分子凝集剤、その高分子凝集剤を用いた汚泥の脱水方法および脱水装置【解決手段】有機性廃棄物の生物処理後の汚泥1の凝集処理のために汚泥1に添加される高分子凝集剤2であって、ポリアミジンと、アミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを主成分とする重合体と、の混合物である。これにより、高分子凝集剤2が所定の撹拌条件下で有機性廃棄物の生物処理後の汚泥1に添加された場合に、従来よりも凝集物4の内部まで高分子凝集剤2を行き渡らせることが可能となるので、得られた凝集物4の水の抜け道となる細孔も発達し、その脱水性も良好なものとなる。また、本発明は、高分子凝集剤2を用いた汚泥の脱水方法および脱水装置を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
