Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply for welding, capable of suppressing biased magnetization of a main transformer occurred at a low output, and thereby realizing stability of the output.SOLUTION: An electric power supply comprises: a DC conversion circuit that converts a commercial AC voltage into a DC voltage; an inverter circuit that converts the DC voltage into a high frequency AC voltage and outputs; a main transformer that converts the high frequency AC voltage into a predetermined voltage and outputs; and an output control circuit that outputs an output control signal for executing a pulse control of the inverter circuit by a predetermined switching frequency. When an output current value is equal to a predetermined current value or less and a pulse width of the output control signal is equal to a predetermined width or less, the output control circuit outputs and controls the switching frequency by switching to a frequency lower than a constant value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 低出力ときに発生する主変圧器の偏磁を抑制し、出力が安定する溶接用電源装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】 商用交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する直流変換回路と、前記直流電圧を高周波交流電圧に変換して出力するインバータ回路と、前記高周波交流電圧を所定の電圧に変換して出力する主変圧器と、前記インバータ回路を所定のスイッチング周波数でパルス制御する出力制御信号を出力する出力制御回路と、を備えた電源装置において、前記出力制御回路は、出力電流値が所定電流値以下且つ前記出力制御信号のパルス幅が所定幅以下のとき、前記スイッチング周波数を定常値よりも低い周波数に切り替えて出力制御する、ことを特徴とする電源装置である。【選択図】 図1 |
