PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, if a special digital camera that obtains an entire-celestial-sphere panoramic image is installed in a predetermined shop or the like in order to obtain an entire-celestial-sphere panoramic image, by transmitting captured image data obtained by imaging using the digital camera to a server or the like, a user can acquire the captured image data from the server via a communication terminal and monitoring or the like of a situation in the shop can be performed but if an imaging time is long, it is difficult for the user to search for captured image data to which attention should be paid.SOLUTION: Multiple thumbnails based on captured image data are displayed and a browsing person Y who is a user narrows thumbnails (t1-t6, ...) down to thumbnails (t1, t2, t4, t6, t7, t8, ...) and can browse a specific region image in desired captured image data.
