Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a surface display and a pattern which can clearly display letters or the like without drawing with ink and does not generate voids such as air bubbles or the like.SOLUTION: The method of forming a surface display and a pattern includes steps of: laminating a solder resist layer 6 composed of a photo-thermosetting resin composition on a surface of an object 4; when exposing at least part of the laminated resin layer, while the part of the area and the other area in an exposure region are disposed corresponding to a desired surface display and pattern, making exposure doses of the part of the area and the other area different; and melting the part by heating, completely curing the photo-curing resin layer, and forming a solder resist layer without air bubbles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】文字等をインクで描くことなく鮮明に表示でき、且つ気泡等のボイドが発生しない表面表示・模様の形成方法を提供する【解決手段】(I)光・熱硬化性樹脂組成物から成るソルダーレジスト層6を物4の表面上に積層する工程、積層された樹脂層の少なくとも一部を露光するにあたり、露光領域において、一部の領域と他の領域が所望の表面表示・模様に対応して配置されており、一部の領域の露光量と他の領域の露光量とを異ならせる工程、加熱により、一部を溶かし、光硬化樹脂層を完全硬化させ、気泡の無いソルダーレジスト層を形成する工程、を含む。【選択図】図2
