Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell substrate capable of improving power generation efficiency and quantum efficiency in a photoelectric conversion layer.SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 includes a solar cell substrate 10, an organic power generation layer 11, and a transparent electrode layer 12. Holes generated in the organic power generation layer 11 are output as positive charges from the substrate 10 to a first electrode 13a of an external device 13. In the solar cell substrate 10, a substrate body is formed of a conductive resin. In the substrate body, a resin electrode layer 100 composed of a concave portion and a convex portion having a substantially rectangular cross-section is formed at an interface with the photoelectric conversion layer 11 to be laminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】光電変換層における発電効率及び量子効率を向上させることができる太陽電池用基板を提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池1は、太陽電池用基板10と、有機発電層11と、透明電極層12と、を備える。有機発電層11で生成された正孔は、正の電荷として基板10から外部装置13の第1電極13aに出力される。太陽電池用基板10は、基板本体が導電性樹脂により形成され、基板本体は、積層される光電変換層11との界面に、断面が略矩形状の凹部及び凸部からなる樹脂電極層100が形成されている。【選択図】図1
