PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction caused by lightning surge, to eliminate the need for maintenance, and to allow automatic return to a normal mode from an emergency cutoff mode.SOLUTION: A positioner comprises a normal range stability determination unit 7 to monitor a comparison result within a comparator 5A (a comparison result held in a comparison result holding unit 52); when the comparison result changes from a comparison result indicating that the value of a control signal Is falls outside a normal range to a comparison result indicating that the value has returned to the normal range, measure a time for which the comparison result indicating that the value has returned to the normal range is maintained as a normal range maintenance time T; to determine whether or not the normal range maintenance time T exceeds a normal range stability determination time TS; to send the determination result to a comparison result output state adjustment unit 53; and to prohibit outputting to a control unit 1 the comparison result indicating that the value has returned to the normal range until the normal range maintenance time T exceeds the normal range stability determination time TS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】雷サージによる誤動作を防止する。メンテナンスを不要とする。緊急遮断モードから通常モードへの自動復帰を可能とする。【解決手段】正常範囲安定判定部７を設け、比較部５Ａ内の比較結果（比較結果保持部５２に保持されている比較結果）を監視し、この比較結果が制御信号Ｉｓの値が正常範囲から逸脱した旨の比較結果から正常範囲に戻った旨の比較結果に変わった場合、正常範囲に戻った旨の比較結果を維持している時間を正常範囲維持時間Ｔとして計時し、この正常範囲維持時間Ｔが正常範囲安定判定時間ＴＳを超えたか否かを判定する、この判定結果を比較結果出力状況調整部５３へ送り、正常範囲維持時間Ｔが正常範囲安定判定時間ＴＳを超えるまで、正常範囲に復帰した旨の比較結果の制御部１への出力を禁止する。【選択図】 図１
