BUBBLE DETECTION DEVICE AND CONDENSATION EQUIPMENT USING BUBBLE DETECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble detection device capable of detecting bubbles existing in a liquid with good sensitivity, and to provide condensation equipment using the bubble detection device.SOLUTION: A bubble detection device 1 is provided in a flow passage in which a liquid which has the possibility of containing bubbles flows, and detects bubbles contained in the liquid. The bubble detection device includes: a vertical container 3 in which a supply pipe 9 for supplying a liquid is connected at a side wall part, and in which a discharge pipe 11 for discharging the liquid is connected at a lower part; a liquid return pipe 5 which is provided at an upper part of the vertical container 3 and which always returns the liquid which has flowed in to a liquid source; and a differential pressure gauge 7 for detecting a differential pressure in a region where bubbles can exist in the vertical container 3 or at one part of the vertical container 3 and the liquid return pipe 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】液体中に存在する気泡を感度よく検出できる気泡検出装置及び該気泡検出装置を用いた凝縮設備を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る気泡検出装置１は、気泡を含有する可能性のある液体が流れる流路に設けられて前記液体中に含まれる気泡を検出するものであって、側壁部に前記液体を供給する供給管９が接続され、下部に前記液体を排出する排出管１１が接続される縦型容器３と、縦型容器３の上部に設けられて流入した液体を常時液源に戻す液戻し管５と、縦型容器３内、又は縦型容器３内及び液戻し管５の一部において気泡が存在しうる領域内の差圧を検出する差圧計７とを備えたものである。【選択図】 図１
