Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing labor related to calculation of calculated leakage amount.SOLUTION: There are provided a management part 111 in which an entrepreneur ID identifying an entrepreneur, project facility ID identifying project facility owned by the entrepreneur, equipment ID identifying chlorofluorocarbon equipment installed at the project facility and a global warming coefficient set for every type of refrigerant are correspondingly related and stored in a memory device and the equipment ID, a charging amount of refrigerant at a refrigerant charging work and a recovering amount are correspondingly related and also correspondingly related to a charging ID and stored in the memory device; and a calculation part 117 in which the project facility ID correspondingly relates to the entrepreneur ID is referred in response to a calculation request transmitted by a client terminal device logged-in under application of the entrepreneur ID, the equipment ID correspondingly related to the project facility ID is referred, a calculated leakage amount is calculated on the basis of the global warming coefficient correspondingly related to the equipment ID and the charging amount and the recovering amount correspondingly related to the charging ID correspondingly related to the equipment ID and a project facility leakage amount in which the calculated leakage amounts of all equipment IDs correspondingly related to the project facility ID are summed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】算定漏えい量の算出に係る労力を低減する技術を提供する。【解決手段】事業者を示す事業者IDと、事業者が有する事業施設を示す事業施設IDと、事業施設に設置されたフロン機器を示す機器IDと、冷媒の種別毎に設定された地球温暖化係数とを対応付けて記憶装置に記憶し、機器IDと、冷媒の充填作業における冷媒の充填量及び回収量と対応付けられ、充填IDとを対応付けて記憶装置に記憶する管理部111と、事業者IDを用いてログインしたクライアント端末装置により送信された算出要求に応じて、事業者IDと対応付けられた事業施設IDを参照し、事業施設IDと対応付けられた機器IDを参照し、機器IDに対応付けられた地球温暖化係数と、機器IDに対応付けられた充填IDと対応付けられる充填量及び回収量とに基づいて、算定漏えい量を算出し、事業施設IDに対応付けられた全ての機器IDの算定漏えい量を合計した事業施設漏えい量を算出する算出部117とを備える。【選択図】図4
