Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which enables simplification of a structure, and enables highly reliable water level detection.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a drain tank 15 for accumulating water; a fan case 36 which houses the tank 15; a float which moves up or down according to a water level in the tank 15; a magnet 81 provided at the float 80; an AMR (anisotropic-magneto-resistance) sensor 82 which is provided at the fan case 36 and detects a magnetic field of the magnet 81; and a control unit which detects the water level of the tank 15 on the basis of a detection result of the AMR sensor 82. The tank 15 has a float housing part 54 which houses the float 80 inserted thereinto with an insertion direction set to a vertically downward direction. The tank 15 and the fan case 36 have attachment guides 91, 92 which guide a position of the float housing part 54 so that the magnet 81 is placed at a predetermined position relative to the AMR sensor 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】構造が簡易化でき信頼性の高い水位検知が可能な空気調和機を提供する。【解決手段】水を溜めるドレンタンク15と、タンク15を収容するファンケース36と、タンク15内の水位に応じて上下動する浮きと、浮き80に設けられたマグネット81と、ファンケース36に設けられ、マグネット81の磁界を検出するAMR(Anisotropic-Magneto-Resistance)センサ82と、AMRセンサ82の検出結果に基づいてタンク15の水位を検知するコントロールユニットと、を備えた。タンク15は、鉛直下向き方向を挿入方向として挿入される浮き80を収容する浮き収容部54を有する。タンク15およびファンケース15は、マグネット81がAMRセンサ82に対して所定位置になるよう浮き収容部54の位置を案内する装着ガイド91、92を有する。【選択図】 図11 |
