Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours of generating a building and air conditioning model.SOLUTION: An air conditioning planning part acquires a plurality of candidates for an air conditioning control plan showing setting values of air conditioning at a plurality of control times, a first room temperature of a space at a first control time included in the plurality of control times, and first air condition power at the first control time, uses a room temperature function including the plurality of candidates, the first room temperature and the first air conditioning power as explanatory variables to calculate a second room temperature at a second control time, uses an air conditioning power function including the plurality of candidates, the first room temperature and the first air conditioning power as explanatory variables to calculate second air conditioning power at the second control time to thereby calculate a time series of room temperatures and air conditioning power in each candidate, calculates an evaluation index for evaluating comfort and cost, selects an air conditioning control plan among the plurality of candidates on the basis of the evaluation index, and transmits the selected air conditioning control plan to an air conditioning control part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物及び空調モデルを生成する工数を低減する。【解決手段】空調計画部は、複数の制御時刻における空調の設定値を示す空調制御計画の複数の候補と、前記複数の制御時刻に含まれる第1の制御時刻における空間の第1の室温と、前記第1の制御時刻における第1の空調電力とを取得し、前記複数の候補と前記第1の室温と前記第1の空調電力とを説明変数として含む室温関数を用いて、第2の制御時刻における第2の室温を計算し、前記複数の候補と前記第1の室温と前記第1の空調電力とを説明変数として含む空調電力関数を用いて、前記第2の制御時刻における第2の空調電力を計算することによって、時系列の室温及び空調電力を前記候補ごとに求め、快適性及びコストを評価するための評価指標を計算し、前記評価指標に基づいて空調制御計画を前記複数の候補から選択し、前記選択した空調制御計画を前記空調制御部に送信する。【選択図】図1 |
