Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrict looseness of a non-circular screw in which a cross section of a shaft center and/or a screw thread arranged on its surface is non-circular.SOLUTION: A top part of a screw thread of a non-circular screw is provided with a plurality of recesses. Further, a flank angle at a proceeding side flank surface of the screw thread is made smaller than a flank angle of a returning side flank surface. With this arrangement as above, a friction force between a member and the screw thread when the non-circular screw is inserted into the member is reduced to enable a sufficient returning resistance [a resistance against rotation of the non-circular screw in an opposite direction to that of the insertion time] to be attained. As a result, it is possible to restrict the looseness effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸心及び/又はその表面に設けられるねじ山の断面が非円形である非円形ねじの緩みを効果的に抑制する。【解決手段】非円形ねじのねじ山の尾根部に複数の切欠き部を設ける。さらに、ねじ山の進み側フランク面のフランク角を戻り側フランク面のフランク角よりも小さくする。これにより、非円形ねじを部材に挿入する際の部材とねじ山の摩擦力を低減することによって、戻り抵抗(挿入時とは逆方向への非円形ねじの回転に対する抵抗)を十分に設けることが可能となる。その結果、緩みを効果的に抑制することが可能である。【選択図】図1 |
