ROTARY DIE CUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary die cutter that can stably convey and process sheet-like materials with different thicknesses without replacing members and components, depending on thicknesses of the sheet-like materials.SOLUTION: A rotary die cutter 4 of the present invention includes a plurality of blade mounting parts 5a to 5e disposed so that the neighboring blade mounting parts are spaced from each other in a direction of a rotational axis G of a die cylinder 41. The blade mounting parts 5a to 5e are provided with one or a plurality of blade members which rotate around the rotational axis G of the die cylinder 41 together with a shaft body 46 of the die cylinder 41, and a toric sheet feeding member configured so that the shaft body 46 of the die cylinder 41 passes through the member and the member rotates around a rotational axis parallel to the rotational axis G of the die cylinder 41, in the same direction as the die cylinder 41. The rotary die cutter 4 further includes driving means that rotationally drives a sheet feeding member around a rotational axis of the sheet feeding member, and adjusting means that moves up and down the rotational axis of the sheet feeding member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】シート状材料の厚さに応じて部材や部品の交換をすることなく、厚さが異なるシート状材料を安定に搬送し且つ加工できるロータリーダイカッタを提供する。【解決手段】本発明のロータリーダイカッタ４は、ダイシリンダ４１の回転軸方向について互いに離間して配置されている複数の刃装着部５ａ−ｅを備えている。各刃装着部５ａ−ｅには、ダイシリンダ４１の回転軸Ｇ回りでダイシリンダ４１の軸体４６と共に回転する１又は複数の刃部材と、ダイシリンダ４１の軸体４６が内側を通ると共に、ダイシリンダ４１の回転軸Ｇに平行な回転軸回りで、ダイシリンダ４１と同じ向きに回転するように構成された円環状のシート送り部材と、が設けられている。ロータリーダイカッタ４は、シート送り部材を、シート送り部材の回転軸回りで回転駆動する駆動手段と、シート送り部材の回転軸を上下に移動させる調節手段とを更に備えている。【選択図】図２
