CHOPPING BOARD WITH BUILT-IN LIGHTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and efficiently inspect food materials in the process of cooking.SOLUTION: A recessed part 2b is formed in an underside 2a of a chopping board body 2 which is composed of a material having transmissivity. With a lighting unit 3 fixed inside the recessed part 2b, and with the recessed part 2b closed with a lid body 4 from the lower face, the upper face of the chopping board body 2 transmits light from the lighting unit 3. The lighting unit 3 has a light source of LED at one end of a light guide plate which is composed of a transparent material. A dot shaped projection having a height not less than 5 μm and not more than 200 μm is formed on the lower face side of the light guide plate. As a result, the light made incident on the light guide plate from the light source along the face formed by the light guide plate is guided to the upper face of the light guide plate and designed to make the entire upper face of the light guide plate illuminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】調理の過程で簡便に効率良く食材を検査する。【解決手段】透光性を有する素材で構成したまな板本体２の下面２ａに凹状部２ｂを形成し、凹状部２ｂの内部に照明ユニット３を固定して凹状部２ｂを下面から蓋体４で塞ぎ、照明ユニット３からまな板本体２の上面へ光を透過させる。照明ユニット３は、透明な素材で構成された導光板の一端にＬＥＤの光源を備え、前記導光板の下面側に５μｍ以上２００μｍ以下の高さのドット形状突起を形成することにより、前記光源から前記導光板のなす面に沿って該導光板に入射した光を該導光板の上面に導いて該導光板の上面全体を発光させるよう構成する。【選択図】図１
