PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform identification of an orientation and a position of a bone of a patient fixed on a surgical bed in a noninvasive manner.SOLUTION: A surgical support device 100 comprises: a central control part 1 for acquiring a bone reference image in which a pelvis is imaged, to the pelvis, an artificial hip joint is going to be attached before performing artificial hip joint replacement, acquiring plural bone partial images in which different parts of the pelvis of the patient fixed to the surgical bed in a prescribed state are imaged in a percutaneous state, then collating the plural bone partial images with the bone reference image, for identifying at least one of the orientation and the position of the pelvis of the patient fixed to the surgical bed in the prescribed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】手術台上で固定されている患者の骨の向きや位置の特定を無侵襲で簡便に行う。【解決手段】手術支援装置１００であって、人工股関節置換術前に患者の人工股関節が取り付けられる予定の骨盤が撮像された骨基準画像を取得し、手術台上に所定状態で固定されている患者の骨盤の互いに異なる一部分が経皮的に撮像された複数の骨部分画像を取得し、取得された複数の骨部分画像を骨基準画像と照合して、手術台上に所定状態で固定されている患者の骨盤の向き及び位置のうち、少なくとも一方を特定する中央制御部１を備えている。【選択図】図１
