Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device vibrating at a desired frequency, by suppressing indefinite and unregulated spread of a conductive adhesive and by preventing unsuccessful oscillation and unstable vibration, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrator 100 includes: an element mounting member 110 having a substrate 111, a pair of electrode pads 114 provided side by side along the short side of the upper surface of the substrate 111, and protrusions 115 provided on the electrode pads 114; a conductive adhesive 130 provided on the surface of the protrusions 115 along the surface shape thereof; a piezoelectric vibration element 120 having a piezoelectric element 121, an excitation electrode 122, and a pair of connection electrodes 123, and mounted onto the upper surface of the element mounting member 110 by conduction bonding the connection electrodes 123 and the conductive adhesive 130; and a lid member 140 for sealing the piezoelectric vibration element 120 airtightly by bonding to the element mounting member 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】導電性接着剤の不定形で無秩序な広がりを抑え、不発振や不安定な振動となることを抑え、所望する周波数の振動する圧電デバイス及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】圧電振動子100は、基板111とこの基板111の上面の短辺に沿って並んで設けられた一対の電極パッド114と、この電極パッド114上に設けられた突起部115と、を有する素子搭載部材110と、突起部115の表面に突起部115の表面形状に沿って設けられた導電性接着剤130と、圧電素子121と、励振用電極122と、一対の接続用電極123とを有し、この接続用電極123と導電性接着剤130とを導通固着することで素子搭載部材110の上面に搭載された圧電振動素子120と、素子搭載部材110と接合することにより圧電振動素子120を気密に封止する蓋部材140と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
