AIRCRAFT MONITORING DEVICE AND AIRCRAFT MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a correct predicated travelling direction of an aircraft to be calculated and to correctly detect a probability of the aircraft deviating from a predetermined route.SOLUTION: An aircraft monitoring device 1 includes: a map management part 11 for holding topographic information and airspace information of a monitoring area; track management part 12 for receiving track information of an aircraft 3 as a monitoring object; a question control part 13 for generating a question for acquiring attitude information from the aircraft 3 based on the track information; a transmission part 14 for transmitting the generated question to the aircraft 3; a reception part 15 for receiving response to the question; a kinetics information management part 16 for extracting the attitude information of the aircraft 3 from the response; a deviation detection part 17 for detecting the presence or absence of the probability of deviating from the predetermined route; and a notification part 18 for notifying the presence or absence of the probability of the deviation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 航空機の正確な予測進行方向を算出でき、航空機が所定の経路から逸脱する可能性を正確に検知する。【解決手段】 航空機監視装置１は、監視領域の地形情報及び空域情報を保持するマップ管理部１１と、監視対象とする航空機３の航跡情報を受信する航跡管理部１２と、航跡情報をもとにして航空機３に対して姿勢情報を取得するための質問を生成する質問制御部１３と、航空機３に対して生成した質問を送信する送信部１４と、質問に対する応答を受信する受信部１５と、応答から航空機３の姿勢情報を抽出する動態情報管理部１６と、航跡情報及び姿勢情報、地形情報及び空域情報に基づいて所定の経路を逸脱する可能性の有無を検出する逸脱検出部１７と、逸脱の可能性の有無を通知する通知部１８を有する。【選択図】 図１
