SHEET HEATING DEVICE AND FIXING METHOD FOR FIXING SHEET USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge air between a fixing member for fixing a sheet and the sheet.SOLUTION: In a fixing method for fixing a sheet 400 to a fixing member 300 by using a heating device 500 which heats the fixing member 300 for fixing the sheet 400 from above the sheet 400, the fixing method includes: a positioning process for determining a position for heating the fixing member 300 by pressing the heating device 500 against the sheet 400, and fitting a protrusion 540 which is formed at a bottom face of the heating device 500 into a recess 320 of the fixing member 300 via the sheet 400; a gas extrusion process for extruding a gas between the sheet 400 and the recess 320 by the push-press of the protrusion 540 against the recess 320 via the sheet 400; and a heating process for fixing the sheet 400 to the fixing member 300 by the heating of the fixing member 300 by the heating device 500 from above the sheet 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シートを固定する固定部材とシートとの間の空気を排出すること。【解決手段】シート４００を固定する固定部材３００を当該シート４００上から加熱する加熱装置５００を用いて当該シート４００を当該固定部材３００に固定する固定方法であって、加熱装置５００をシート４００に押し当て、加熱装置５００の底面に配置された凸部５４０を、固定部材３００の凹部３２０に、シート４００を介して嵌合させることにより、固定部材３００を加熱する位置を決定する位置決め工程と、凸部５４０がシート４００を介して凹部３２０に押し当てられることにより、シート４００と凹部３２０との間の気体が押し出される気体押出工程と、加熱装置５００が、シート４００上から固定部材３００を加熱することによりシート４００を固定部材３００に固定させる加熱工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
