STAIRS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STAIRS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stairs and a construction method of the stairs, hardly generating a clearance and a squeaking sound between a riser and a footboard, and capable of also construction only from the front.SOLUTION: In stairs having a side plate 21, a footboard 22 and a riser 24, a cutout part 26 composed of a first area 26a positioned in the rear of a vertical part 25 and a second area 26b positioned in front of the vertical part 25 by continuing with it, is formed on the side plate 21 under the vertical part 25 in the rear of a horizontal part 23 in the horizontal part 23 and its upper vertical part 25, and a substantially horizontally extending and forward opening horizontal groove 27 is formed in a front lower part of the riser 24, and the length up to the lower end part of the riser 24 from the lower end of its horizontal groove 27 is the depth or less of the second area 26b of the cutout part 26 from the horizontal part 23, and the lower end of the riser 24 is also inserted into the cutout part 26 of the side plate 21, and the footboard 22 is arranged so that its rear end 28 projects backward more than the rear end of the horizontal part 23, and the rear end of the footboard 22 is fitted in the horizontal groove 27 of the riser 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 【課題】蹴込板と踏板との間の隙間や軋み音が発生し難く、しかも前方からのみの施工が可能な階段及び階段の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】側板２１と踏板２２と蹴込板２４とを備える階段であって、水平部２３とその上方の鉛直部２５において、水平部２３の後方かつ鉛直部２５の下方に、鉛直部２５の後方に位置する第一領域２６ａ及びそれに連なり鉛直部２５の前方に位置する第二領域２６ｂからなる切欠部２６が側板２１に形成されるとともに、蹴込板２４の前面下部には略水平に延び前方に開口する横溝２７が形成され、その横溝２７の下端から蹴込板２４の下端までの長さは、水平部２３からの切欠部２６の第二領域２６ｂの深さ以下で、しかも蹴込板２４の下端が側板２１の切欠部２６に挿入され、踏板２２は、その後端２８が水平部２３の後端よりも後方に突出するように配置されて、踏板２２の後端が蹴込板２４の横溝２７に嵌め込まれた。【選択図】図１９
