Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core sheath composite fiber for shrinkage split fiber excellent in color development, dyeing fastness and feeling.SOLUTION: In a core sheath composite fiber having polyamide as a core component 2 and polyester as a sheath component 1, the polyester component is copolymer polyester having main repeating unit constituted by ethylene terephthalate and containing isophthalic acid component containing a metal sulfonate group of 2.0 to 5.5 mol% and an adipic acid dimethyl component of 3.0 to 6.0 mol% based on total acid. There is provided a core sheath composite fiber, wherein sheath part 1 consisting of polyester is divided into 3 or more by polyamide of the core component 2 with a fiber cross section shape. The core sheath composite fiber is shrinkage split by a treatment agent containing a swelling agent of polyamide with a state of fiber or a state of textile having the core sheath composite fiber in at least a part and dyed with known cationic dye by a known dying method after the shrinkage split treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】発色性、染色堅牢性、風合いに優れた収縮割繊用芯鞘複合繊維の提供。【解決手段】ポリアミドを芯成分2とし、ポリエステルを鞘成分1とする芯鞘複合繊維において、ポリエステル成分が、主たる繰返し単位がエチレンテレフタレートより構成され、全酸成分に対し金属スルホネート基を含有するイソフタル酸成分を2.0〜5.5モル%、およびアジピン酸ジメチル成分を3.0〜6.0モル%含有する共重合ポリエステルである収縮割繊用芯鞘複合繊維。繊維断面形状が芯成分2のポリアミドによってポリエステルからなる鞘部1が3個以上に分割されている、収縮割繊用芯鞘複合繊維。前記芯鞘複合繊維は、繊維の状態もしくは芯鞘複合繊維を少なくとも一部に有する織編物とした状態でポリアミドの膨潤剤を含む処理剤で収縮割繊し、収縮割繊処理後、公知の染色方法にて、公知のカチオン染料で染色される。【選択図】図1 |
