Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesion between a cylindrical member as a rotating object and a seal part at the circumference thereof, thus to secure satisfactory sealability.SOLUTION: There is provided a rotating device 1 comprising: a body part 2 allowing fluid pressure to act on a lining material 10; and a fitness nozzle 3 fitted in such a manner that the opening edge part of the lining material 10 is reversed. The introduction port 21 of the body part 2 is provided with a seal part 4 cutting off the circulation of a pressure fluid. The seal part 4 has: lateral members 41 mutually holding both the side edge parts in the width direction of the lining material 10 folded in such a manner that the cross-sectional shape is made almost flat from the outer part; and the upper member 42 and the lower member 43 mutually holding the upper and lower both the faces of the lining material 10 from the outer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 反転対象の筒状部材とその周囲のシール部との密着性を高めて良好なシール性を確保する。【解決手段】 反転装置1は、ライニング材10に流体圧を作用させる本体部2と、ライニング材10の開口端部が裏返されて取り付けられる取付ノズル3とを備える。本体部2の導入口21には圧力流体の流通を遮断するシール部4が設けられている。シール部4は、断面形状が略偏平状となるように折り畳まれたライニング材10の幅方向の両側縁部を外方から互いに挟み込む側方部材41と、ライニング材10の上下両面を外方から互いに挟み込む上方部材42および下方部材43とを有する。【選択図】 図1 |
