Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling method by which deterioration in shape and quality of a material of a steel plate can be suppressed.SOLUTION: In a cooling method for controlling a cooling water temperature when a plurality of hot-rolled steel plates 12 are cooled per processing unit, an optimum cooling water temperature to be applied to individual steel plates 12 in the processing unit is determined on the basis of a first evaluation index which is defined from past cooling records, the optimum cooling water temperature determined for each steel plate 12 is applied to a second evaluation index and a target temperature of cooling water to be used through the processing unit is determined, and the cooling water temperature is so controlled at the target temperature during cooling in the processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、鋼板の形状や材質悪化を抑制する冷却方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】熱間圧延された複数の鋼板12を所定の処理単位ごとに冷却する際の冷却水温度を制御する冷却方法であって、処理単位のうちの個別の鋼板12に用いる最適冷却水温度を過去の冷却実績より定めた第1評価指標に基づいて求め、鋼板12毎に求められた最適冷却水温度を第2評価指標に適用し処理単位を通じて用いる冷却水の目標温度を求め、処理単位で冷却する際の冷却水温度が目標温度となるように制御する。【選択図】図1
