Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thick film resistor composition for forming a self temperature control exothermic body having a positive temperature coefficient of 200 ppm/°C or higher in a high-resistance value region of 50-500 kΩ/sq. in surface specific resistance; and a resistor paste arranged by use of the composition.SOLUTION: A thick film resistor composition comprises: as conductive components, respective kinds of powder of a pyrochlore type lead ruthenate, silver and copper oxide; and glass powder as a thick film-forming component. In the thick film resistor composition, the pyrochlore type lead ruthenate is 10-15 pts.mass, the silver is 10-15 pts.mass, the copper oxide is 2-3 pts.mass, and the glass powder is 30-50 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】表面抵抗率が50kΩ/□〜500kΩ/□の高抵抗値領域で200ppm/℃以上の正温度係数を有する自己温度制御発熱体を形成するための厚膜抵抗体組成物、およびその組成物を用いた抵抗体ペーストを提供する。【解決手段】導電成分としてパイロクロア型ルテニウム酸鉛、銀、酸化銅の各粉末を、厚膜形成成分としてガラス粉末を有する厚膜抵抗体組成物であって、パイロクロア型ルテニウム酸鉛を10〜15質量部、銀を10〜15質量部、酸化銅を2〜3質量部、ガラス粉末を30〜50質量部含有させる。【選択図】なし
