DOCUMENT INFORMATION PROVIDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which when new technical documents of other company (other company's document) are disclosed, technical documents (own company's document) of an own company relevant to the other company document in terms of a technical field are automatically extracted and in order to provide a person in charge of the own company's document with information on the other company's document, an extraction condition has to be appropriately set beforehand, and thus, an operation man-hour for the appropriate setting of the extraction condition might increase.SOLUTION: An own company's document composed of a set of words (namely, vocabulary) similar to the vocabulary included in other company's document is extracted as a document relevant to the other company's document in terms of a technical field, which in turn there is no need for setting an extraction condition beforehand, and distribution of information on the other company's document to the person in charge of the own company's document is achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】他社の新しい技術文書（他社文書）が公開されたとき、他社文書と技術分野が関連する自社の技術文書（自社文書）を自動的に抽出し、その自社文書の担当者に他社文書の情報を提供するためには、予め抽出条件を適切に設定する必要があり、抽出条件の適切な設定のための運用工数が増大する虞がある。【解決手段】他社文書に含まれる単語の集合（即ち、語彙）と類似する語彙によって構成される自社文書を他社文書と技術分野が関連する文書として抽出することによって予め抽出条件を設定すること無く、その自社文書の担当者に対して他社文書の情報を配信することを実現する。【選択図】図３
